Frank Kreze est Président de LMI Canada, qui a son siège à Mississauga en Ontario et qui représente la maison mère Leadership Management International. Depuis son arrivée à LMI en 1999 il dirige l’une des unités commerciales les plus prospères au Canada pour le développement du leadership et de la gestion. Le palmarès de son succès inclut de nombreux prix internationaux tels que le Conseiller en leadership et motivateur de l’année.

Ses clients ont également été reconnus pour leur réussite en affaires avec de prestigieux prix nationaux et internationaux de LMI. Frank a plus de 30 ans d’expérience pratique dans le domaine aérospatial, les opérations, le secteur manufacturier, les audits de gestion de projets internationaux, ainsi que l’intégration de produits de systèmes complexes.

Preeti Raj - COO & Executive Development Specialist

Preeti Raj is driven by a deep desire to provide organizations and executive teams assistance in professional and organizational development along with strategic planning.

Preeti, a graduate B.A. from York University and a Certified General Accountant professional, thrives on working with executives and business leaders of successful companies. She enjoys helping companies executives identify their performance objectives and assist them in developing a dynamic plan for attainment using the LMI suite of Executive and Management tools.

Preeti began her career as a public accountant and has gained numerous business skills working with a diverse business sector. These skills successfully enhance her current role as a business and personal development coach with LMI Canada.

Preeti is a self-confident and an enthusiastic businesswoman who is dedicated to facilitating people to their full potential and specializes in results driven measurable bottom-line improvement utilizing the untapped potential of people within companies.

Neha Goel - Director of Operations

After realizing that I wanted to get out of the box and live my dreams, my life took the turn I always wanted and here I am working with an organization which believes in aiming high and facilitating everyone else in achieving their goals and living their dreams.

An extensive background in administration and passion for education as well as social work elevated me to contribute towards the welfare of the society.  Besides supporting schools in administration and facilitating students I have a passion towards social welfare and women empowerment. 

Being an experienced facilitator and motivator, I continue to inspire and empower people accomplish their goals. 

I believe in dreaming big and working hard to live them.  I constantly thrive to be the best in whatever I do.  Positivity and vibrance define me the best.  Beyond work you would see me playing around with dogs and painting.
